An abbreviation of the eastern European term "Do you have cigarette?" In which two eastern European males approach a much skinnier individual for some nicotine indulgence by asking him this phrase. in most cases the two broader males will say "Is it mint" resulting in the petit man being clapped if he does not have the goods

J: "Hey, do you have cigarette? (DYHC)"
M: "Yes."
J: "Is it mint?"
M: "No"
J: "But i like mint, are you saying that i am gay?!"
M: "gets clapped"
