Complete misundertanding of a persons words, thoughts or actions or heard or seen. Usually resulting in embarassment, laughter, hatred, fighting(be it words or weapons), and in some cases, attraction.

Being one race (European, African-American etc) and raised in another (European being raised in Japan, African American being raised by Euro-Americans)

I am the definition of cultural confusion, I'm a black kid raised in a primarily Euro-American world. I have no idea what's goin' on when I go to the ghetto!
