Soul Chillin' is a grass roots way of life that practices removing yourself from unnecessary stressful situations, people and things in order to enjoy a better, peaceful and really fun life.

Soul Chillin' is often accompanied by good music, food and friends. People who destroy the delicate art of Soul Chillin' should be promptly removed from your friend circle.

Chumbawumba Challenge

The chumbawumba challenge is a drinking game that originated at Indiana University that is named for the band Chumbawumba and their most famous song 'Tubthumping.' During the chorus of the song the band sings "you take a whiskey drink, you take a vodka drink, you take a lager drink, you take a cider drink"

Those attempting the challenge are to take all four drinks while the song is playing and are to finish all four before the song ends. Sounds simple but in actuality is quite difficult.
