The over use of the acronym "lol" or "laugh out loud" multiple times in a message or text. Often people who have the condition are not aware of the disorder until diagnosed by a friend, or they read back through the message list and self diagnose it themselves with it.

The few words they try to speak are usually no more understandable than a loud mumble. Compulsive Shamblers or "Shams" are often spotted at the workplace or at school and generally accomplish no more than amusing those individuals who are equally on the border of CS (Compulsive Shamblification).
