The definition of organized clutter is having an area that is organized but full of clutter.

An example for organized clutter is when a room is full of junk and useless stuff making clutter. But is's organized to the person who has all that organized junk. An outsider may view this as hoarding or an abomination of clutter that needs to be cleaned. But the person who has organized clutter would view this as organize clutter because the viewer betrays this as clean clutter everything is organized the way they like it except everything is a mess because it's cluttered how it's supposed to be to that person

Organized Gang Stalking

The goal is to destabilize the victim, discredit them, and create confusion and paranoia.
