Hard Bargain is to sell stuff no less than you asked for, to refuse to give something if they offer you less money for what you are actually willing to get.

Salty Bargain

1) Snacks or otherwise salty goods that are purchased for a much lower price than they would ordinarily retail for.

2) Revenge that happened too quickly to be served cold, or taste sweet. It might have been done differently to how you wanted it, but it was still tasty and cost you much less time and effort than other methods. Salty bargain!!

A sweet deal on a house or apartment, presumably in the general area of NYC or Palm Beach, which is a direct result of its owner having sustained a significant loss in the Bernie Madoff fraud.
Julianna: We just bought Julia's Palm Beach home last week for a fraction of what it's really worth, what a Bernie Madoff Bargain.

The poor woman was fleeced by Bernie and she needed to raise cash fast.

Winchester bargain

A bargain in which a person gives his or her life and soul, either literally or metaphorically, in exchange for the life and soul of a loved one.

Refers to the Winchester family, of the television series Supernatural, who literally and repeatedly offer their lives and souls to demons for one another
Will you please let me have your Ipod? It's not like your making a Winchester bargain or anything!

Many Supernatural fans would consider making Winchester bargains for their families, but luckily they may never have to face such difficult decisions.
