A nonexistent word used to describe an item of questionable definition. Often used when you have no clue what an item is or is called. Synonymous with thingamabob, whatchamacallit, dohickey, dumaflache, and the like. Can be spelled or pronounced boobenwoozle.

Person 1- "Can you hand me that bobbenwoozle?"

Person 2- "That what?!"

Person 1- "I don't know what it's called. That whatchamacallit by the lamp."

Person 2- "The weird thing that looks like a giant button, but with crystals?"

Person 1- "Ya, that..."
