Artists do this as a way to artificially increase their social media presence because 9/10 times they just put it on their story of their private account. The other 1/10 times are even worst. Bands that care more about calling fans "posers" instead of making music are likely to write "Ask a Punk" on their flyers ... like they're in middle school or something.
