Ok being a 0 means being a bottom and being a 1 means being a top. You can also be a 0.5 which means your a verse / switch. This originates from Chinese slange.

For example:

tony is a 0 which means he is a bottom
Stephan is a 1 which means he is a top
Michael is a 0.5 with means he is a verse / switch
