Busy Bee

Busy Bee (Born David Parker) is hip-hop's first solo MC First coming on the scene in 1977, New York-based MC Busy Bee has worked with many of hip-hop's founding fathers, including Melle Mel, Afrika Bambaataa, and Kool DJ AJ to name a few. In 1982 Busy also appeared in the classic hip-hop film Wild Style, playing none other than an MC. Busy Bee was given the name Chief Rocker as he was known to keep the party going on the mic.
