A pass which allows straight people to say fag.
This can be given and taken away by any gay person.

Person 1: haha! That guy was kind of a fag.
Person 2: woah, dude why the fuck did you say that?
Person 1: it's ok, I have a fag pass.
Person 2: oh, well in that case... I revoke you pass mother fucker!!
Person 1: Hoe you can't do that!

Bean pass

When a Hispanic gets special treatment for simply being Hispanic, especially from another Hispanic, he or she is said to have gotten a "bean pass". Similar to "pussy pass", except applied to anyone of Hispanic descent.

Moe: I had to run and nearly drop my bag to catch the bus, and boy was the driver upset that I made him wait. But then he stopped for some smiling Mexican guy who wasn't even at the stop, and was totally nice to him.

Joe: That's because that Mexican had the bean pass, bro!
