If you were a kid from the late 90s you pretended not to like it but really you were opening card packs, watching the anime, and playing the games everyday. Now Fake Pokemon Fans exsist complaining about a tree in sword and Shield and How the Brilliant Diamond and Shining Perl Characters are Chibi even though almost every other pokemon game is Chibi.
Nintendo: "Gamefreak you need to make more Pokemon Games to give us money because we're loosing to Sony."
Gamefreak: "Sure just don't make us do it on Hardware that's 11 years old."
