Ditchfield Syndrome

A psychological condition caused by suppression of their true sexuality. Typical symptoms of the condition include childlike name calling, frequent episodes of Tourettes style speech/text/emails, a complete failure to see the brighter side of life and repeating the mantra "we are all fucked".

A dotche is a person or thing that is so retarded or ugly that you cant help but to laugh when you look at them/it, but deep down inside u feel sorry for them but you continue to laugh because its that hilarious!

Dotche can be used to describe anything thats stupid, lame, or just un-cool.
