The "Slacker Dack" is a combination of slacker and dack which is a lazy dick person.

-Someone with the lowest social standing, such that commoners may pee on them with impunity. One social level below serfs, untouchables, and freshmen.
-A useless peon who is acting like a dick
-Stop goofing off and get back to work, peon.

Slackitar

The ability to play guitar while lying on the floor. As in actually performing or playing guitar hero(or rockband). Can be laying on the flat on the floor or propping your head up with a pillow. Someone who does this is a slackitarist.

Slackitar isn't an easy instrument to master.

A secretary with a knack for not answering calls, misplacing documents, etc.
Depending on personality, this is deemed either incredibly irresponsible and/or lolztastic.

Boss: Did you fax the McHale office about the rescheduling?
Secretary: No, but I did beat Minesweeper on Expert.
Boss: OMG, you're such a slackertary.
