The beta version of Windows XP
Originally from Windows Neptune and Windows Odyssey, Windows Whistler is the beta version of windows that lasted from 2000-2001. It was worked on for only 1 year. But that does not mean that Windows XP is Windows Whistler. How? Well, as I said near the beginning, Windows Whistler was made because Windows Neptune and Windows Odyssey was formed together.

Fun fact: Windows Whistler is the Beta version of Windows XP.

The greatest media player ever created, no media player surpasses its pure awesomeness.

Windows Media Player

Windows Media Player is as old as the '90s but no one uses it anymore.
It is best compared to Lemons: everyone knows about 'em, yet no one likes them unironically.

Windows Media Player has been nuked from updates making it slow, hog up RAM, and it cannot play modern formats.
However Microsoft thought it would be better to not only keep WMP but also introduce 2 separate apps rather than just updating Windows Media Player to no suck complete ass.

If someone is using WMP then they are either on a nostalgia trip or are suffering from severe brain damage.
Why not just use VLC or MPC-HC?

Person 1: I use Windows Media Player!
Person 2: Legit shut up.

Windows 11

A slight modification of Widows 10 with some more tweaks and bullshit. People use it because Microshit says it's going to be safer and more compatible in the future.

Fun Fact: On windows 7, you would go to control panel and search resolution.

On windows 11,
You go to Display Settings > Advanced Display Settings > Display Adapter Properties > List All Modes. Choose the lowest option and you may reduce your resolution even more if you go back to Display Settings > Resolution.

64gb minimum for an operating system? Let's all hope that Windows 11 fails like 8 did

Windows XP

An operating system based on the PlaySkool interface. Magically appeared after Apple introduced it's "Aqua" environment, making the first move to make a computer operating system more enjoyable, and pleasing to the eye. Basically, take Windows 98 and Windows 2000, mix them together and add PlaySkool design techniques, and you have Windows XP.

XP User: Whoa dude check out my new Windows XP i just bought! My start button is GREEN! HEHEHE!!!
Mac User: Oh umm, ok sure.. check this out *moves pointer across dock as it expands*
XP User: Whoa thats slick, where did you download that!?
Mac User: Um, i didn't download anything, I purchased a computer from the correct section of the store at CompUSA.

A new windows operating system. Designed on tried and true xp pro, it has a wide range of new features that prevent you from copying cds and dvds, downloading unlisenced shit from kazaa, and giving the RIAA a back door to ur computer
