Grubbled

When you put your arm into a coat or outer layer and your undergarment (sleeve) gets bunched up.

My sleeves got all grubbled when I put my coat on, before playing in the snow.

A toothless Hobo. Aka Mr Gums.
Can usually be found squatting on someone's property.

Has been found to suck cock for rock, thus why Mr Gums is all gum, no teeth.

Loves to make gum slapping noises in hopes of making everyone around suffer from their Grubby Gums.

No dental hygiene, smell is said to be nearly unbearable. Bad Mr Gums.
