While the restaurant in Office Space is also spelled "tchotchkes" and refers to small pieces of giveaway crap found at tradeshows and conventions.

When I got back from the convention I had a bag chock full of chochkies tchotchkes.

Its a mid-term that originated in Anaheim , Ca by a group of taggers .
Choch is a person who aint down for the crown

Choches are usually people who think they are the shit but they aint .
Choch is also a person who hangs out with the wrong crowd .
But the taggers used it as a local term for wuss.

Tagger : Aye foo lets blaze it
Choch : Nah man im tryna cut out
Tagger 2 : Awe man stop being such a choch
