Wide as the Clyde

The Clyde is a massive river in Glasgow. The insult is a response to someone who done something cruel, wrong, cheeky, or cheeky. The insult is often made in response to a wise cracker or a joke merchant who done or made fun of someone's expense. It's banter to say this to your friend as a joke when they piss you off or when they make a joke that's sick or funny at your expense. Also when some one doesn't give you what you want you could say this.

You're as wide as the Clyde. He's/she's wide as the Clyde.

Double-wide SCSI

A term referencing any person and/or object that is nasty, old or considered trailer trash. More specifically, it applies to the large SCSI cables that were used on large computer equipment and scanners back in the 90's.

Run Ma! He has a double-wide SCSI (scuzzy)!

A 24-ounce container of beer. Contains double the amount of liquid gold as a normal container. Usually found in cans, though some good beers, such as Sierra Nevada, can be found in double-wide bottles. A close relative of the forty; consumed when you want to get just a little crunk, but not so much you'll have a hangover the next morning.
