The gathering and rising of fabric between one's thighs due to excessive weight in the thigh area. Usually occurs when wearing loose fitting shorts.

"Yo do you see that fat chick walking over there?"

"Her shorts are riding all the way up her thighs."

"I don't want to see her thighthong, she needs to pull her shorts down."
