Period

A natural cycle that occurs within the female body every 26-30 days. Each month, an egg travels from the ovaries into the uterus, waiting for fertilisation. A lining of blood, tissue and mucus is built up during the month as a support for a embryo. If the egg is not fertilised, the linging will break down and, along with egg, will be flushed out the vagina for a duration of 3-9 days.
Bloating, cramping and mood-swings are sings of PMS/PMT.

A complete and total mess. i mean think about it......what would everyones reaction be when they find out the food that they have been eating at the barbeque is marinated in period blood. just terrible...

Niagara Falls (period)

Niagara Falls does mean a waterfall or city. But it also means a girls period. It is tycially used for girls to talk about among each other without others knowing. It is a nickname for period because for some it might feel like Niagara Falls is coming out of them. Note that you don't say the word period. Just Niagra falls.
