Inclusive Alpha

A nonsensical term trademarked by a UK VC firm called Ada Ventures in late 2023, that claims to care about diversity, yet was directly responsible for the biggest decline in funding for minority and womens groups in the UK over the last 5 years. This was despite being backed by the UK government's bank, The British Business Bank to the tune of £30m.

After failing to meet their claimed objectives and directly harming the prospects of UK minorities raising capital, they spent public money on registering the term "Inclusive Alpha" for a new marketing campaign designed to trick yet more minorities and women into believing that they will be invested in by Ada Ventures in the future. Ada Ventures doesn't like the truth and so flagged this definition when it was up in October 2023 and had it removed, so it's back again and we won't forget.

Also having a sister subreddit under “IncelTear”, A subreddit where they make usually, and harmlessly, make fun of Incels; however, they often go off the rail and simply make fun of lonely people and mistake them as Incel.

Incel

A low-status, ugly man going through a painful life circumstance which renders him unable to attract any women and have a meaningful relationship in his life due to his physical appearance and/or non-neurotypicality . He can sometimes be seen posting on incel forums, where other lonely men can relate to his life experiences. He is usually made fun of and misrepresented by sociopathic normies and women making broad assumptions about him online, most likely due to an empathy gap. These same hypocrites will get overly offended when he retorts insults back at them.

Normie: Incels are terrible people, if they want to get laid, they need to work on themselves, take showers, and start respecting women!
Rational Person: You are making way too many assumptions about these people that you probably haven't even tried to understand even once in your life, how do you know that they don't take showers and try to improve themselves? Why can't you just accept that looks are important for dating?
