That one uncle that tells offensive, dark, or just racist jokes to his brother's or sister's kids, usually jokes he doesn't tell his own kids.

Dad: "Where did you hear that from?"
Son: "Uncle Bruce told me that joke."
Dad: "Don't talk to your Uncle Bruce anymore!"
