curry neutral

Similar in concept to "carbon neutral" but relating to IT projects.

It is where the number of "offshore" resources is supplemented by a sufficient number of local resources to provide enough of a capability offset to ensure that the project can be delivered.

IBM is providing a team of what they call Global Resources, so we need to hire at least one skilled local person for every 3 of theirs to ensure that our project is curry neutral.

pretty cure

A magical girl anime that started with futari wa pretty cure in 2004. Since then, a new series has premiered every year, with only 2 of them, futari wa pretty cure max heart and yes! pretty cure 5 gogo, being continuations to other series. the basic outline for a precure series is that there is a kingdom in trouble, a creature of some sort (usually called a fairy, but pretty cure splash star called them spirits)needs to save their kingdom, and they transform ordinary middle/high schoolers into pretty cures. it is very popular in japan, but is hasn't gained much popularity in the west yet. two pretty cure series, smile pretty cure and doki doki pretty cure, were dubbed on netflix as glitter force. these dubs shit all over the original anime and disrespect the characters and story. futari wa got a slightly more respectful dub simply called pretty cure.

de fellationibus non curat lex

A legal principle, translating from the Latin as, "the law does not concern itself with blowjobs", based on the more well known phrase, "de minimis non curat lex", which means, "the law does not concern itself with trifles." The principle holds that blowjobs aren't really sex, and therefore laws regulating sex should not apply, or at least not as strictly, to blowjobs. parental curse

A non-standard curse invoked by parents on their children. Said curse cannot be lifted-- only passed on to the next generation. It goes:

"I hope your children grow up to be JUST LIKE YOU!"

Statistically, this curse has shown itself to be effective.

Examples of the parental curse in action can be found in most any parent that became exasperated with the behavior of their kids, especially when they realize they were that way when they were younger.
