A rough arsed git is normally someone that appears to have good workmanship when in fact the work they produce is to a poor standard.

That work you did looked good, until I did a propper inspection and found out your just a rough arsed git

Tangled abseiler

When you do a good job and enjoy a bit of playful self accomplishment . A tangled abseiler is when you would whack one out whilst patting yourself on the back… looking like a tangled up abseiler whilst attempting.

I changed the hinges on my bedroom door whilst having no carpentry skills… a tangled abseiler is on the cards for handy work.
