1) Speaking or attesting to have or have done a skill, ability, action, or memory that may or may not be able to be backed up by facts and deeds.

Person 1: Man i'm about to blow by you and dunk fool.

Person 2: Whatever man you just talkin strong... you ain't bout to go nowhere.

Person 1: Ima pull your girl and 5 other shorties in the clup tonight.

Person 2: Man you just talkin strong

Person 1: Yup you'll see.

A phrase similar to talking about. Used by certain celebrities who are convinced that they know what they're talkin' mout, but really don't know what they're talkin' mout.

On that last episode of America's Best Dance Crew, Lil Mama was impressed by one of the performances, causing her to exclaim, "That's what I'm talkin' mout!"
