Another way of saying just joking around. It is often used in the awkward joke gone wrong setting.

drinking too much and getting drizzy or eating lots of peanut butter/nutella/spaghetti in one sitting or making out with 16 year old canadians. Also can be used when talking about someone who is hoarding gnocchi. Used in an endearing way to describe a friend who is just having a good time.

She just ate that whole bowl of pasta! She's pullin' a driz. You made out with who last night? a 16 year old? pullin' a driz.
