operator haze

The white hazy sheen that forms on the operators gear such as his kit, gloves, hat (boonie and ball cap) and on the hardest of them his combat uniform. This sheen is formed over time from the operator’s sweat, tears, and in some extreme cases semen.

Operator haze signals to the other males dominance, a literal and metaphorical saltiness, and the willingness of the operator to put in work.

operation milk and cookies

A strategy in any RTS game where the player will take all of his units and attack in a last ditch effort to destroy as many of the opponent's units as possible. Usually used when the enemy has a very obvious upper hand or near the end of a game.

In Starcraft 2 I was on my last legs, so I began Operation Milk and Cookies and destroyed half of his base before I died.

A phrase often said by a person, usually a person in a management role, who requires specific tasks to be completed but does not have the knowledge or skill set to complete the task his or herself.

A head chef was hired despite having no cooking experience and told me to cook a new chicken platter. When I asked at what temperature should I cook the chicken, the chef replied "We Have to Make the Operating Model Work."

I was given a task to build a gingerbread house with only a dirty q-tip and a used condom. When I asked my manager in what fucked up world this makes any sense, he replied "We Have to Make the Operating Model Work."
