a way to describe a person who often wakes up with out of control hair; a way to describe a person who resembles a 'mad scientist' figure.

Commonly used in South East England to describe a female who has once travelled in a helicopter, or has said crazy hair in the mornings.

Often misconceived as another word for mosskat or mosstrooper

Once one's IDENTIFICATION PAPERS are taken they are given an IMPRISONMENT NOTE in which they MUST attend or face CONSEQUENCES.
