1. To be outsmarted, usually in such a simple way.
2. To point out to a community that someone has been out smarted.
3. Used as a hash tag #tiggered, as to define the ultimate truth or winning over a post.

Triggered 

A phrase that Right-Wing people like to wrongly use (actual definition: on oxforddictionaries.com/definition/trigger) to bash anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as them.

Ironically, they are in fact the ones getting "triggered" (according to their definition of triggered) themselves.
