When a woman's judgement and feeling toward another person is changed due to their period.

S: So my friends girlfriend went to the show with us tonight

J: ugh. I hate her.

S: you've never met her....
J: i probably don't hate her. It's just period perception

Solaris Perceptous

The natural phenomenon wherein the solar rays run out of energy approximately 18 inches above the surface of the earth. This is the reason that one can be outdoors, obtain a sunburn on their face, torso and upper extremities whilst their legs remain paler than a sheet of copy paper.

Due to Solaris perceptous, I am forced to walk on my hands just so I can get some color on my legs.

Russian Percentage

A seriously mishandled percentage, generally referring to a set of percentages that exceed 100%. Usually the total sum is then alluded to being 140%. Also used to sarcastically cast doubt on a statement of 100%, insinuating that the actual percentage is lower (100 out of a 140, for example)

Derived from the Russian parliamentary election of 2011, where some TV reports claimed a voter turnout of 146%, sparking allegations of voter fraud and becoming an internet meme.
