Personally, I think they are kinda gay. I mean, If someone is wearing them and they are TALL AND SKINNY, then they look awesome. If you are a fat tub of lard and you are I guess a "punk" then you should never wear them. They make you look horrible! I would say if you are 5 foot 6 inches, and you are 120+, you shouldnt wear them. period.
