It's a shame to see so many young women die from the easily preventable disease of hymen cancer.

the act of shoving a high heel or stiletto heel into the ass of a girl; usually done while hitting her doggy style. The rusty comes from ass, like in the rusty trombone. The hynea comes from the fact that its funny so when you tell your friends about it it is not uncommon to laugh like a hyena.
