the act of shoving a high heel or stiletto heel into the ass of a girl; usually done while hitting her doggy style. The rusty comes from ass, like in the rusty trombone. The hynea comes from the fact that its funny so when you tell your friends about it it is not uncommon to laugh like a hyena.
I was over erica's house last night and I saw a high heel on the bed while I was hitting her from behind: so I gave her a rusty hyena.
