Pulling A Collin, means to do push-ups in front of any girl you see, and make a fool out of yourself. Basically, it is a way to fuck up entirely on talking to women and you do all the wrong moves on talking to a woman.

Tony: “Dude, did you see what Collin was doing in front of Lexi?”
Thomas: “He was Pulling A Collin.”
Tony: “He needs to stop pulling a collin, if he keeps doing that he’ll never get a girl.”
