The ultimate form of a binge. Binging is watching a tv series for a whole night with little to no sleep. A binge grind however is binging to the extreme and going to over the top measures to last through every episode in one night. No matter how many Body Armor sports drinks you need to take.

Binge Phase

When a person plays a game too much over the course of a few days or weeks, then one day tries to play it, and gets sick of it immediately, and gets off. They will then not be able to stomach the game for several days until the phase passes.

Friend #1: "Hey man want to play come Call of Duty?"

Friend #2: "Can't man I'm going through the binge phase with it right now"
