People who seriously need to get shot are racists. Racists discriminate and treat others outside of their race differently (especially in a hateful way).

African American: "Do you know where the nearest McDonald's is?"
Racist: "Are you from Africa or Jamaica?"
African American: "uhm.. I'm American.."
Racist: "IMPOSSIBLE"
