Used in response when someone points out that you in some places of America are not allowed to chop the limbs off of your child and vacuum its brain out the mother, sorry... birthing person. The phrase got popularized after Clarence Thomas, defender of American children, together with the other members of red justice leauge threw out Hoe vs. Wade out the window, which was the most horribly decided SCOTUS precedent in the history of the United States.

A: The Supreme Court just overturned Roe v Wade, there are countrywide protests, even in Pro-Choice states.

- Someone off-camera shouts: "...some hardcore hoes."
- Don Imus follows with: "That's some nappy-headed hoes there, I'm gonna tell you that now!"(then, loose my job)
