Someone who lives in the Downtown/Midtown street grid of Sacramento, California. "Gridsters" are known for rarely leaving "The Grid" of lettered and numbered streets.

Old Ironsides is a bar popular with Gridsters.
Gridsters rarely venture out to the suburbs.

This condition is often brought about from taking ecstasy or amphetamines, and then not drinking enough liquids.
Usage is colloquial, from Northern England.
