Get the feminismmug. A political movement that seeks for equality for men and women. Feminists do not claim that women are better than men in any way.
Both men and women can be feminists, as no gender is claimed to be superior.

Person 2: 'Actually, that's very a very sexist thing to say. Begone, thot, you ain't no feminist.'
Feminists believe that men and women have equal rights, e.g.:
-Both men and women should be able to wear make-up.
-Both men and women should be able to not wear make-up.
-The percentage of rapists is actually very small, but all cases of rape should be taken serious. Everyone is innocent until proven otherwise.
-Men and women should be payed equally. (in 1963, the Equal Pay Act was signed into law in the USA, but studies show that there is still a gender pay gap that varies between aproximately 9.1 percent and 70 percent.)

Get the Feminismmug. Part of the fifth wave of feminism, interstellar feminism wants to give attention to gender inequality in outer space. It's 2058, Earth has finally reached full gender equality but female martians still earn on average 70% of what male martians make. Znorbos and Plorbos, the majority genders from planet Dorbos, still don't recognize the minority gender Fhorbos' right to wear whatever they want. And the Grimeselons from planet X Æ A-12 (named after the young space explorer X Æ A-12 Musk, R.I.P.) sadly keep on spacecat-calling their female counterparts.
Earthling 1: "I heard they're still not hiring pregnant Flotroxinas in the Andromeda Galaxy!"

A fight for equal rights between men and women. Such as the rights to vote and own land. It was a good cause.
What feminism is now
Still a good cause, most women have gotten basic human rights, but we still fight for the ones who don't. There are also many other things such as d/m/stic v/olence (o, m, i) and r/pe (a) that are still very large problems that need to be solved. Intersectionality is also something that needs to be studied more in depth. I am in no way saying that men do not have these problems too, I am just saying it is more common that women have these problems. You can be a feminist man.
