This is a common term used by Mexicans to express or phrase that they will fuck someone up. Either if that is by fighting, killing, deceiving, take advantage of, or any of the things that fall into that category. Comes from the word “chingar” which can mean
1-a mom will tell there kid this when they misbehave and she threatens to punish them with hits.
2-for someone to be annoying towards someone else

3-and some may say it translate to “fuck” in an aggregated way
