this sentence is said when you go to your neighbour's gate that seperates you from your neighbour's house and then it would be the time to say that. but before you say the phrase after ``well well well``, you need to wait for the neighbours to say ``eduardoooo...`` and then now you can say

Get the well well wellmug. Currently, a popular filler (first observed to be popularized by ABC news c.2000) in spoken media.
Often used at the end of sentences by paid "news readers" to fill airtime, while adding no value whatsoever.
ANY sentence with this ending can be said without it and the meaning remains unchanged.

Get the Wells...mug. Used by ghetto ass mexican people in the city of Tucson or border cites to Mexico in regards to ending any phrase and absolutely making no sense what so ever.
Cashier: "That will be $4.90 well"
Customer: "What??"
Cashier: "Thanks, have a good day well"
Customer: "Your an idiot"
Customer: "What??"

Get the Wellmug. A nonchalant way of saying that someone is bullshitting. The "weller" is usually egotistical and tries to explain something they truly don't know in order to appear intelligent. It's also often associated with flapping of the shirt near the collar (like on a hot humid day)in order alleviate themselves from bullshit overload and is now the international way of insinuating that someone is welling.
Albert: "I wonder why you have to prepay for gas in NJ."
Chris: "Well you see well well the gas pump numbers just keep rolling thats why. I know this because I read up on it back when I went to Berklee university."
1. He's so good at welling if he went on jeopardy he'd have an answer and explanation for every question.
2. You'll always feel safe with a weller because what you don't know, they'll always have a confident answer for.
