Depending on the circumstances it maybe used as a joke....BUT...it can be a sensitive subject....it is very contradictionary, most women or at least a certain percentage complain or experience wicked "pms" on a monthly basis and one might think it would be wonderful for them if that experience of pain, would at a certain age, come to an end.....BUT...it's still a sensitive subject. Word to the wise!

TMW-AD stands for "That Moment When Advertisement". Can be pronounced as "Tim-wad"
This happens when you try to view any webpage and the Ad jumpscares or "TMWAD"s are so invasive that the page has a heart attack, then you start seeing what seems to be the haunted spirits of webpage content that probably should have existed in place of the missing blank ad spaces. TMWAD occurs because of "things I didn't ask to see but this site needs income".
