People who re-tweet others mugshots/embarrassing photos of people that they barely know just for their personal pleasure/to feel better about themselves. Most of these people have no lives and sit behind the computer all day long.

I got arrested for disorderly conduct yesterday and I've already got 6 spreaders on Wake County mugshots Twitter page spreading my mugshot everywhere.
