Half-Skeptic

Someone who is only half-skeptical

Those who are half-skeptics either only are skeptical of other people and their beliefs (won't agree with anyone who doesn't fit their biases no matter what), or are only skeptical of their own beliefs (in essence, a people-pleaser).
That person is a half-skeptic, they can't even take what the other person is saying seriously!

skepticate

When one is influenced by another's skepticism to change one's own action. Usually, one is doing something that is generally held to be unwise, but seems to be a brilliant idea to the beholder.
I was going to jump off the roof of our building with an umbrella, but my brother skepticated the idea. Later, I read in the paper that a man jumped from his building with an umbrella and broke both his legs.
