Much like the periodic table of elements, but the elements are replaced with awesome things, and the name is changed to something much more awesome

Schools should stop teaching kids about the periodic table of elements. It is much more important that students learn all about the periodic table of awesomeness.

periodontist

A foreign trained dentist who goes to extra schooling to learn how to be a better hygienist. Usually so worried about the tissue around the teeth, it takes them 3 hours to non-lethally subluxate a tooth, 1 hour to actually remove the tooth, and 1 hour to suture.

I should have gone to the oral surgeon because that ass tard periodontist took 5 hours to remove the tooth. What is interesting is that he gowned up, put on booties, a surgical cap, and when he came into the room I thought I was going to have neurosurgery.

perdinger

any protrusion from a larger body. It could be a topographical feature, as a peninsula, or a small floppy mechanical piece on a machine. A "tag mole" is sometimes referred to as a perdinger. Sometimes it can give a connotation of superfluousness; however, a perdinger could also have great significance depending on its individual nature, placement in the universe, and given characteristics.

"Doctor, if you look closely you will notice the tiny perdinger right next to my left eye. I am worried it might be a cancer."

"How do you turn this thing on?... Flip the little perdinger to the left - you have to reach around for it."

"She lived on that little perdinger part of northern Sardinia in a town called Stintino."

The human appendix is a perfect example of an intestinal perdinger.
