That feeling/syndrome you get in your body when you are with someone you care about or love.
Typically this feeling occurs when they do something stupid or adorable, also can occur when they fall asleep with their head on your lap.
It can be manifested as:
1. Wobbly stomach
2. Weak knees
3. Heart skips a beat
4. Warm and fuzzy feeling
5. Goosebumps
Luckily this is not a fatal condition and requires no special treatment.

“I get all oogely boogely when you look at me that way.”
“I got the oogely boogelies when we were spooning last night.”

It is similar to WTF without having to use the (overused) acronym. It's more dominating because it is steaming with frustration and annoyance, not just disbelief. The new-age version of ugh.
Kenny G says "Ugh, my hair is caught in the car door again." while Amy Winehouse says "Oog, I think that was chalk!"
It is especially helpful to those that work in an office setting that contains a lot of Mormons, less cursing with more feeling.
