Moose is an adjective that is used to describe someone you show affection towards. This can be used in reference to an event that reminds you of how cute, adorable and perfect this person is. It can also represent dissapointment if spoken in a lower tone.
The term "moose" can also be used to replace the term "i love you". (see examples).

In context to a situation it can be used the following way.
"moose your so cute"
When applied to someones name
"alex your a moose"
Due to its hidden meaning of "i love you", it can often just be said on its own, at the begining and ending of conversations.
