Usually a pompous, affected, presumptuous person who thinks they would know everything there is to know and know everything about everyone, bascially because they are too narrow-minded and pompous to continue learning, and think they would be doing people a service by degrading them and imposing on them and affectedly/"cleverly" manipulating argument.

Monsturds are rarely in plain sight, and would see disrespect and disgusted reactions as validation. Making the whole event on the outside seem like a trivial occurrence on the internet. In order to really come into their own monsturds need a special environment, where they not only can impose on others personally but are also one-sidedly protected from "disrespect" and disgust. Making Quora probably the most uniquely suited place for them.
