meal miscarriage 

The termination of a recent meal through a normal bodily function that can be caused by either vomiting or urgent and sometimes violent diarrhea. It can include any meal of the day as breakfast miscarriage, lunch miscarriage or dinner miscarriage, but is, in general, a meal miscarriage. It usually occurs anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes after a meal and is either the result of a flu bug or the result of the body attempting to protect itself from a bad bacteria or food poisoning in the stomach or intestinal tract.
John: Did you see Bill running for the bathroom after eating that rare steak?

Jim: I'm not surprised. I think the chef used a shotgun on it and called it done! That's got to be a true meal miscarriage!

If you say that something or someone is a meal ticket, you mean that they provide a person with money or a lifestyle which they would not otherwise have.

cabin attendant in the airline industry. So called because they metaphorically "chuck" (throw) meals at passengers.

meal skrims 

a term used to describe an amount of leftover food left on ones plate, usually a women, who wants to look skinny by not eating everything on her plate.
Carol left some meal skrims on her plate on thanksgiving so others will ask why shes done and carol will answer with an "i'm full" when shes really not.

Meal Sabbatical

When a person must take a break from eating a meal because they feel a bit sick or full, but still want to finish their food.
Jason: This chicken is so good, but I can't finish cause I feel like shit.
