Portuguese word for monkey, can be used as a derogatory term toward Brazilians, usually because of they annoying behavior in the internet, such as spam or trolls.

The coolest, sweetest girl you could ever meet, but has an edgy side to her angelic personality. Usually is very pretty and popular with boys, but not so much with the girls. Girls secretly wish they could be a Macailagh. A Macailagh likes music that doesn't really go with her personality, like Chris Brown, Drake, Eminem ETC. The Governor had a macaca moment on Tuesday when he insulted the ethnicity of an audience member.
